- Partner requirement
- Partner-unlockable. A bootstrapped founder with no partner and no verified VC funding qualifies for neither tier. An accelerator on HubSpot's 4,000+ partner directory unlocks the 90% tier for funded portfolio companies and the 30% tier for unfunded ones. The page does not say how an accelerator applies to become a partner.

- Bootstrapped founders need a partner. A non-profit accelerator is a natural fit for the 30% 'entrepreneurial organization' tier.
