- Up to $350,000 Google Cloud credits over 2 years: Year 1 100% up to $250,000 for AI-first startups; Year 2 20% up to an additional $100,000. Credits cover Gemini and Gemma (third-party models not covered). Plus up to $12,000 Enhanced Support credits, $500 Google Skills credits, Workspace Business Plus free 12 months, AI expert access.

- Who is eligible
- VC-funded: raised Pre-Seed/Seed within last 5 years or Series A within last 12 months; founded within last 5 years; not received more than $5,000 in Google Cloud credits; AI as foundation of primary product. Excludes dev shops, consultancies, agencies. Eligibility at Google's discretion.

- Partner requirement
- Requires qualifying equity investment from institutional investors / VC firms (SAFEs referenced in footnote). Not strictly a named-partner list, but a bootstrapped founder cannot get this tier.
- Notes
- Non-AI Scale tier caps at $200,000 (Y1 up to $100K + Y2 up to $100K). Scale-tier members also unlock starred partner perks (see Google Cloud Startup Perks row).
